Glossy or satin finish
The film can be used with the sole purpose of protecting the paint layers (which can be glossy or matte), or to perform a finish change of the paint.
By applying the PPF film XPEL Stealth (with MATT effect) you can enjoy the advantage of preserving the paint, with the additional benefit of changing the finish from glossy to satin, which can give new life to your vehicle.

PPF vs Car Wrapping
The two techniques are completely different. For Car Wrapping, a dry application is performed (without adding liquids) and the only heat source is a bodywork hairdryer, an infrared lamp, or a gas torch.
For PPF application, it is necessary to work with a water application, and steam can be used as a heat source. PPF films are conformable in a different way compared to Car Wrapping films, therefore they require specific knowledge, which can only be put into practice by experienced hands.
Indicative prices for protecting your vehicle’s bodywork
The application of a PPF film should be performed on a polished surface, free from scratches or external contaminants. The preparation treatment is considered separately because the condition of the paint cannot be known.
